It sounds like Obama is going to make some momentous but difficult changes of some sort? Maybe in response to the economic crisis? Maybe in response to some external threat? Maybe to what we're doing in the Middle East?
Where can I go to get my loins girded? Maybe the mall?

I dig the Hercules reference. Biden must have very well-educated speech writers.
I didn't get the reference, but I did look it up. = )
Biden's a smart guy. I'm sure he at least understood what he was saying when he made the reference.
